About me

My name is Mhairi Seymour (pronounced Vari)
 
I live in near Berwick upon Tweed in North Northumberland.   
 
The majority of my clients come from the North East of England, Cumbria, The Scottish Borders, Edinburgh and Lothians, The Central Belt, Fife and Perthshire. I am always happy to travel further afield.
 
I was given my first SLR  by my father when I was 9 years old. Photography has been my passion ever since.
 
I work in a slightly old fashioned way, but with modern equipment! 
 
I strongly believe that it is what is in front of the camera and what is behind the camera, that make a photograph special.
 
Being a good photographer is not about being a whizz at photoshop or having the latest and most expensive kit. 

My pictures are timeless and real.
 
Good photography is about understanding your subject and being confident and happy with what you do.
 
Nearly all of my work comes by word of mouth and recommendations.
 
I take the time to get to know my clients and I will never rush you.
 
I have the experience and knowledge to make your photo session truly memorable and above all FUN.
